Engineering Managers Role & Responsibilities Course
Who is it aimed at?
Engineering Managers responsible for the whole department, it is designed to be more involved and is at a higher level than the Workshop Supervisor Course.
Suitable for HGV and PSV engineering managers
Assessment
The course deals with the pressures that can be placed upon the engineering function, both internally and from external sources such as DVSA. The course will give the manager a good understanding of how to improve their department and achieve their business aims and objectives.

- The role of the Engineering Manager
- How to get the best from their staff
- Health & Safety for managers and an understanding of their legal responsibilities
- Systems and procedures within engineering
- Communication within the company and the engineering role
