Mentoring For Management

Lloyd Morgan Group’s 1 day mentoring for Management course is aimed at helping engineering or workshop management guide and mentor their staff particularly apprentices through their training ensuring that the investment that is being made is being supported to the fullest.

New staff, apprentices or people in new roles all have obstacles in their way which can curtail their performance in a role. This course allows their management to understand those obstacles, work on supporting, coaching and mentoring them through to get the best from the person and the investment made by the business to have them in that role.
