OCRS Reports

The DVSA have informed us that a technical issue has been discovered with the system that generates the OCRS customer reports.

Unfortunately this issue could take up to 8 weeks to be resolved which means the reports won’t be able to be accessed by operators during this time.

The following TOP services remain available:

  • vehicle test history
  • encounter report
  • top up your Pre-Funded Account (PFA)

While OCRS are unavailable DVSA enforcement will continue, with officers using additional targeting information, such as encounter history.

The DVSA will continue to update us when the OCRS service is operational again.
