OCRS Reports Update

We have received an update from the DVSA in relation to OCRS customer reports. Unfortunately the repairs are taking longer than expected due to technical requirements. Customer reports may not be available to access until the end of June.

Members can still access the following TOP services:

  • vehicle test history
  • encounter report
  • top up your Pre-Funded Account (PFA)

While OCRS are unavailable DVSA enforcement will continue, with officers using additional targeting information, such as encounter history.

The DVSA will continue to update us when the OCRS service is operational again.
