Important Announcement From JAUPT (Driver CPC) Certificate of Attendance for Periodic Training

Approved training centres must issue a record of attendance to each participant. This is to provide the driver with independent evidence of participation and to allow them to keep details of the training undertaken. Just as importantly, it provides proof to a third party such as an employer.

Drivers may change employers or work in different countries so a record of attendance is essential. Non-UK licence holders (EU nationals normally resident/ working in the UK and third country nationals authorised to work in the UK) will need to submit their records of attendance to DSA with an application for a driver qualification card (DQC) when they have completed their periodic training.

Please note that the Certificate of Attendance is the property of the driver and must not be retained by the employer.
